Every one of these cylinder heads came off an engine and went straight onto the pressure tester, cold first and then hot, because plenty of cracks only open up at temperature. Each casting is then checked for straightness across the deck face and the valves and seats are inspected for burning or recession.149 heads in stock across ten makes. They are supplied bare unless you ask for one dressed. Head bolts, gasket sets, cam belts or chains and any machining are quoted separately – tell us what the workshop needs and we will price it with the head.
