Checking fitment before you pay for this cylinder head
Most of the trouble people have with second-hand parts starts here. The same model year can carry more than one cylinder head, and a photograph on a listing tells you nothing about which one you are looking at. So we check it for you before money changes hands, because getting the right Ford Ranger cylinder head the first time is a lot cheaper than a return.

Is a second hand cylinder head a safe buy?
It is, if the seller tested it and will put that in writing. A Ford Ranger cylinder head that has been run and checked is a different thing to one pulled off a wreck and photographed.
